What Happens if I buy a spare iphone 3gs battery and put in my ipod touch 2g?
Hi My ipod touch 2g needs it’s battery changed and I don’t want and won’t give it to apple for replacement because I can’t.
So i"ll solder the battery myself anyway but what happens if I buy a iphone 3gs battery to get more battery life???

That is not physically possible, if you notice, the iphone is about twice as thick as the ipod touch so it has a battery that is almost twice as thick as the one in the ipod touch. It’s not possible to fit the iphone battery in the ipod touch.
Also, if you do mess around with anything in your ipod touch you void the warrently, so if you do need apples help they wont do anything.
